-          We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

-          Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice.

-          All products are seasonal, limited-edition Advent calendars.

-          Product images are for illustrative purposes. Contents may vary slightly due to availability.

-          We do our best to describe items accurately, but minor differences may occur.

 

3. Orders & Payments

-          We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

-          Orders are confirmed via email/SMS and payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

-          Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the delivery.

-          Failure to accept or pay for a confirmed order may result in cancellation of your future orders.

 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

-          We ship within Lebanon.

-          Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

-          We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

 

5. Refunds & Exchanges

In summary:

-          Refunds/exchanges are accepted only if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

-          Advent calendars purchased after November 30^thare final sale.

 

6. Final Sale Items

 

-          Due to the seasonal nature of Advent calendars, all sales made after November 30^thare final.

-          Opened or partially used Advent calendars cannot be returned.

 

7. User Conduct

 

You agree not to:

-          Use our products for any unlawful purpose.

-          Violate our site’s security features.

-          Misuse our intellectual property, images, or designs.

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this site (logos, product images, text, designs) is our property and protected.

You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission.
