Refund policy
We want you to love your Advent calendar! Because our products are seasonal and limited edition, please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Refunds and exchanges are available under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- Your product is defective (e.g., missing compartments, misprints).
Refunds and exchanges are not available for:
- Change of mind or dislike of theme.
- Opened or used Advent calendars (due to the nature of the product).
- Orders placed after November 30th (all sales are final after this date).
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges must be requested within 2 days of receiving your order.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our side.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will send a replacement (if stock is available), or issue a full refund if a replacement is not possible.
Final Sale
All Advent calendars purchased after November 30th are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be offered unless the product is defective or incorrect.

- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging (if damaged or defective)
- A short description of the issue
